Our homeowners were looking to add a two-story garage on their property in Springfield. The first floor would be an oversized garage to accommodate one car and storage, while the second story was purely for fun.

This task proved to be a bit of a challenge due to the level of the existing driveway. We got to work building up the foundation and adding utilities. Once the structure was in place, we finished the exterior with siding, windows and lighting. The real fun came on the interior, though.  A chevron luxury vinyl floor, paneled walls and dark paint on both the ceiling and walls make this a sophisticated space for enjoying cocktails with friends or a movie with the family.
