Our homeowner - who also happens to be an an internationally recognized Sommelier - wanted to create a one of a kind wine room in his Fairfax basement. We designed a small addition to create a little bump-out in the basement. This also allowed us to add a new deck off of the main floor kitchen.

We then worked with Wine Cellar Innovations on the beautiful shelving. Hardwood flooring, a cooling system, wet bar and tasting table completed the build-out. This stunning space will accommodate professional and personal events for many years to come.
